We have a water purifier from Eureka Forbes, and have signed up for a service contract ( Rs 4510 )on 22/10/13 for a year for cleansing and changing the filters on regular basis.
Under the contract we have 4 free service, 2 as per their schedule and 2 as and when required.
we currently stay in a society where in Municipal water and Boring water are provided for drinking , thus the quality of water is really bad and the purifiers are required to have pure water.
For the last month the quality of water we have been getting from the purifier is really bad and thus we:
1) logged a request at the the Eureka Forbes service center ( call center ) for cleansing the same request id: 74717733 logged on 15th Jan'14.TAT of 24 hours.
2) After calling up and following with call center for over 10 days we logged a request on the website and escalated it 3 levels complaint id : 703DB42094.
3) Subsequently we also called the local service center contact no;: 02225740505 ( who claimed that the filter required for our purifier was not available at their end but they would send someone in a weeks time for servicing the purifier.
Its 20th Feb 2014 but there has been no revert from any touch points so far.
we would request you to kindly guide us how the complaint needs to be taken forth. the machine cost of the purifier was Rs.14290 ( purchased in Dec 2011) and the service contract fees is Rs. 4510 . if the purifier doesn't function correctly and we donot even get basic service , we need a refund so we can get a purifier from a better company which can deliver on time and promptly
