Dear Sir

This is a serious complaint against Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd (hereinafter referred as ‘Asianet’), which has betrayed the trust and cheating on the promise it made while marketing & promoting it’s subscription service to customers. The case in brief: Our (Me & my brother’s) old age parents where pursued to take Asianet service with a promise of an Insurance benefit attached to the scheme. Our parents retired with no income took the subscription paying regular subscription fees. In an unfortunate incident they expired in a road accident on 29th Nov’2003.

Since then we had been following with Asianet for Insurance compensation but Asianet have failed to do so. We are tormented by this company by not making the compensation – an assured benefit floated in their scheme. All personal visits, calls & e-mail communications made since last 10yrs. clearly indicates Asianet alongwith their third party insurance agent are playing delay tactics.

Please find attached the complete correspondence made with Asianet until this date (marked as doc1).

I request your just and impartial Forum to take Asianet company to task and help us in getting the due insurance compensation with interest, besides penalty for inconveniencing & harassing us all these years.
