Sir,
I have purchased a vento highline 2011 model from PPS motors secunderabad in nov 2011 ,and my problems started thereafter .The car was a demo car which was passed off as new and at 10000 kms first service the advisor told me that there are suspension issues the minute i told him that it was a demo car that was sold to me and it has to be rectified under warranty he started saying that he has personally checked the car and there are no issues.On the second service at 20000 kms the tyres are all worn out and the suspension is bad and i made the same complaint i was requested to send the car so that whatever has to be done can be done under warranty.once my car reached there sarita from the reception called and said she has spoken to the GM and nothing would be done under warranty and i need to pay so i had no choice but to pay up for whatever they did. the car was not delivered back to me on the committed day and two days more as ashwin the service advisor called to say that they noticed that the fan was not cutting off on its own ( a complaint that i never felt) and they needed to sort it out but to my horror the car came back with a bad ac and strange hissing noise in the ac and all the footmats and car carpet with stains of oil and oil spilled all over in the car
I got a call from the dealer stating that he wanted to deliver some compliments sent by volkswagen for special customers( maybe unsatisfied customers r called special and the dealers think they could keep the customer shut with small freebies. I refused to take that and told him to sort out my complaints and he went back with a promise that his GM would call and sort it out but as expected no body even bothered.
They refuse to give the customer care id of volkswagen saying that there are product design problems and not dealer problems
I guess its our foolishness to pay 12 lakhs for a car for which the selling dealer and the company dosent take any responsibility
