Complaint Details
1) I made an online purchase of mobile phone called UMI X2 from UMI Mobile India pvt Ltd through my online ICICI bank. Made a payment for Rs. 14,000/- on 02/04/2013 and got confirmation from the company via sms. My order ID is AZNDA21664. UMI Mobile India pvt Ltd have not delivered the phone. The company is also not responding to telephone calls or refund request made to them. There are approximately 12000 customers who have paid the full amount but mobile handsets have not been delivered to them.

2) The proof for the payment made are attached.

3) You are requested to take necessary action as per the prevailing law and punish these cheats and get the hard earned money refunded to customers.
