Complaint Details
I had sold kdm gold to this retailer on 3 occasions and details in the attached letter. I have sales bills of said transaction from him. It is noticed that he resorts to unfair practices by valuing kdm gold at 10 percent less than actual value besides offers RSS 2000 less than Nkrumah price on sale. in all customer loses almost rs5500 on sale of 10gms. This is not practice with other jewellers who offer exact value on purchase and sale. I have sent him 2 letters attached but no response. Hence seek ur guidance and intervention in resolving the issue. Regards Chandra
