It is respectfully submitted that I, Rabinder Setia aged about 70 years Ex- Serviceman cum Senior Citizen received gift from above said Mobile from my son Sh. Deepak Setia who Purchased it amounting Rs.4100/- from BANSAL MOBILE CARE Shop No 6, S.S.D. Sabha Market, The Mall, Bathinda-151001 on dated 25-01-2014

After a few days this mobile not worked properly. When I contacted dealer, He sent it to Micromax Service Centre. Micromax Service Centre told me that for repair of this mobile Rs.4000/- will be charged. I told them that this mobile is within guarantee period and I also showed them copy of bill and warranty card. This is absolute mockery and pure Injustice against me because the mobile is still under warranty period and having a guarantee period. I request you to arrange either replace the Mobile with new one or refund my money otherwise I have to approach the Court for justice.
