Videocon Microwavw Model no VJ20CSL3 was gifted to me by a Pharmacuetical Co( No receipt available)i 2010. Installed in Nov 2013. Fault detected with Quick start button. Machine given to M/s Ascend Services Ph No 0484 3294937in Nov 2013. Not serviced or repaired for reason Spares not available. Customer Complaint No COC 1612130176 filed with M/s Videocon for which no solution so far.
