Hi,
We had recruited one candidate for this company and as per the terms we were supposed to get payment after 3 months. However after 5 months they paid only 50 % that too after rigorous follow up and the rest they denied to pay. I have all proofs for agreeing to pay and also agreement in place. Please do help me.
