Complaint Details
IBIBO.com sold me a driver/staff seat not passenger seat which do not have any facility that have been provided to normal ac-passenger seat.

1) No blanket - all other passangers had one
2) No curtains - every seat had this facility
3) AC control was broken and it is not even shut off when I requested to care taker of bus
4) Open electric wire was floating around my head which could have been dangerous.
5) The berth was not even completely covered with sheets. It was only 75% covered and rest of the part was too much dusty. See snapshot in attachment.
6) LCD panel and charging point were not available to my seat - It was present on every other seat on bus.
