On 14th Feb 2014 a worng transaction happended from my credit card when i was creditting the amount to apply for an exam. By mistake an amount of Rs 699 was creditted to some Shophunk.com website for an online contest to win an iphone @ 95% discount. As soon as i noticed the sms from the bank, i followed up with my bank who said that i have to take the matter with the concerned party to get my money back. But after doing many round of calls to Shophunk.com customer care, they are assuring of giving back the money but 10 days have passed and nothing has happened. I am regularly following up with them but they are saying it would be creditted to my account. Pl note that the transaction of Rs 699 was done throguh my credit card. Pl help me in getting back my money at the earliest. Even more I regularly clear my outstanding amount on my credit card to keep my credit rating up. Request you to please help me in this regard.
