Hi,
This is Mr Sachin subscribed for Hindu English newspaper by paying a cheque of 333/- for a year on 1st Oct2013. The Agent promised to give a free bag which did not happened and also I did not get single paper issued till date. Toll free number is not answering.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Pls solve this issue.
