I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos from Samsung Store at Select Citywalk, Saket, New

Delhi on 1st June, 2013 (Which is still under warranty), but it has never worked as per my

expectations.

Since the time I purchased I am fed up of this phone. It has always been poor on performance,

poor on memory, poor on everything. I have just faced inconvenience and irritation using this

phone.

Just think about my situation - You have to make a very urgent phone call and the phone that

you purchased after exploring so many other products online and offline, takes 5 mins to show

you the phone screen after you press the power button to dial the number.

I don't use much apps, don't play games but then also my phone hangs up on me every now and

then. Its been 9 months now that I purchased this phone and there hasn't been a single month

when I have not reset this phone to factory settings.

I complained to them on their Facebook and Twitter accounts but no use. Inspite of addressing

my query, they have hidden my wall post on their Facebook page. Also, I haven't received any

response on Facebook or Twitter though its been over 4 days today.

They didn't even acknowledged the post, moreover they hid it. They have been answering other

issues/queries but haven't answered me yet. Is this a way to treat a consumer and that too a

consumer who used to be your crazy fan.

I just want them to take away this phone and pay me my amount because whatever they do they

can't pay me for the inconvenience they have faced in past 9 months using this CRAP phone.

Thus, to summarize my issue, I will post my Facebook post here:

I am using a Pathetic Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos, which is still under warranty.... But to be

true this is the WORST phone I ever used in my entire life.... Battery Life sucks.... Phone

sucks.... Hangs over 10000 times a day.... VERY SLOW AND POOR PERFORMANCE.... Seriously, this

was my first and last SAMSUNG phone.... Will never purchase a Samsung in my ENTIRE LIFE!!!!

USELESS AND CRAPPY PHONE.... The only way it works is only if i keep resetting it to Factory

Settings..... But WHY SHOULD I RESET IT TO FACTORY SETTINGS EVERY MONTH ???? WHY SHOULD I

UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE APPS AGAIN...... IS THIS WHAT I PAID FOR..... IS THIS WHICH I

EXPECTED FROM MY PHONE ???? Samsung Mobile India IS THAT CRAP YOU SELL TO PEOPLE ???? THIS

WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST CHOICE OF PHONE......... WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO FOR A

SAMSUNG EVER....... MY NOKIA AND MOTOROLA PHONES WERE ALWAYS THE BEST..... They work well

even today after so many years..... SHIT PHONE = SAMSUNG PHONE !!!!!
