Dear Sir, We have booked flat in "AMBIVALI-SWARAJYA"project being developed by Neptune developers in NOV 2011. We have paid 10% of total flat cost as TOKEN amount along with service charge in 2011. Till now bulider didn't send any communication letter regarding registration nor about any project current status information. Whenever we do any inquiry on phone gives false information and says project will start in next 2-3 months and so on.Specially not intimating anything on their letter head.
