On 25th December, I had booked return flights from Bangalore to Dehradun via Delhi on Jet Airways on their official website for dates 9th Feb to 10th Feb, 2014. On 9th, the flight from Bangalore was delayed by more than 3 hours making us miss the connecting flight to Dehradun thus making us miss our best friend's wedding. They were going to book us in the 10th flight to Dehradun (which would be after the marriage is over) which would be useless. So we asked them to book us back in the flight to Bangalore the same day. They finally made us wait in the airport for more than 4 hours, without food nor water and finally booked us in a flight back to Bangalore from Delhi. Not only did we end up paying Rs.27,352 for the flights, we did not get to be a part of the wedding we wanted to attend!

Also, it has been more than 3 weeks since the day of the flight and we have still not received the refund for the cancellation of the flights nor any sort of compensation for the delay of flights.
