Complaint Details
I have submit my faulty mobile for replacement on 15 Nov around because i was not repairable from your micromax sevice center. they told me to that they will give new phone within 15days and sent my phone to Ahmadabad service center for replacement.

I has been 2.5 month I don't know what they are doing. and not giving my phone back.

we have called 100 times for update on phone and it is not still no progress.

Please take necessary action.
