Complaint Details
I have paid INR 5,000 for bookin a Royal Enfield Classic 350 (black) on 27-02-2013. It was told that thevehicle will be delivered within 4 Months. When I called on the fourth month, the date was postponed to 6months..then 7, 8,10 and finally one year. I was ill treated by the employees and was told that on the bill, the date was 27th feb. 2014. Several times my call was disconnected and I was unable to get a fair treatment as a customer. Please take necessary actions as I feel like as a cuatomer, I am helpless. Thanks in advance.
