Hi,

I took a Airtel broadband connection costing around Rs 1100/- for 4 Mbps data with 30 GB fair usage policy few years ago.

I recently came to know from a friend that there is a different plan which costs 9=Rs 999/- for 8 Mbps and 40 GB fair usage.

1. I was never notified about this plan.
2. When I got calls for upgraded,information about some other plan which costed more was provided.
3. Airtel site doesn't display this plan. However, on questioning the customer case, they provided an excel sheet with this plan.

This is very misleading. I would have switched long back if I would have know about the 8 Mbps plan.
