I have registered a complaint 2 weeks back and one of the IFB service person came and said Parts not available now you have wait for few days. Then we kept inquiring them, but they were asking us to wait. Suddenly they closed the complaint without any response.
Again raised a complaint on 24 Feb 2014, and the support staff said the service person will attend today. Everyday I was calling them but no one has turned up.
In between, support person gave few numbers to call Lakshmanan (98843 98555 / 72999 75820), Aravind (72999 75829) and Raja - Area Manager (98843 58777). No body answers the call. I called the area manager - Raja (He doesn't even fit as a labour) and he was busy talking first, called again after some time, suddendly he switched off the mobile. :)
