Complaint Details
This is with ref to a Mangalore - Chandigarh - Mangalore Ticket I had
booked for my daughter Harnoor Dhillon

Ticket PNR was XXWZIT

This flight was cancelled by Jet Airways at Bombay Airport on 2nd Feb ( ~
11 am) and my daughter was then sent back to Mangalore in the evening. No
refreshments/ lunch etc was offered to her despite that fact that Jet had
cancelled the flight and taking into account that she had been at the
airport since arriving from Mangalore at ~ 9 am.

I had called yr help-line on the 2nd of Feb. It took me approx 1 hour to
get thru to an executive ( Komal ? ) and another 30 - 40 minutes of waiting
till she finally confirmed that a full refund of Rs 23389/- had been
processed would be credited to my Citibank Card xxxx xxxx xxxx 0774 in
around 7 days.

Till date ( 11th Feb) no credit has been received in my above mentioned Cr
Card account.

I again called up yr "help-line" today and spoke to an executive called
Ashish who expresses his inability to help me as it was a old PNR issue and
that I should write a mail instead. This too was written to several Jet executives one of whom a Ms Shweta Acharya (Guest Relations) replied on 13th Feb saying that " You shall hear from us, on or before February 27, 2014."

Alas, no Refund has been processed and no reply recvd from the Airline confirming a date for the Refund
