Complaint Details
I had purchased an item "ipad smart case"vide order no. 8859381 through rediff shopping on 13.12.2013 costing 1999 rp.l received the product on 15.12.13 but it was ipad smart cover instead of ipad smart case.l immediately informed rediff about the wrong delivery.After confirming all the facts rediff accepted the mistake, appologised and asked me to courier the product back which I did on 20.12.2013.Since then no action has been taken by them.After1.2 .14 they never responded to my queries too.Neither they have refunded the amount nor they have taken any step to replace the product. They are not even responding to my complaints or emails.
