i have been deducted an amount of Rs.18/- from my bsnl prepaid balance without any reason . when I tried to call the customer-care of bsnl for lodging this faulty deduction of balance, there was no reply from the otger side. i am using the call-plan of Rs.135 & its validity period is until 21st March, 2014 . moreover i have 88 minutes left in the plan-account. so how can it be possible to deduct the balance from my main account balance. i sincerely appeal & urge out to help in sorting out the problem i have faced due to the ploy of bsnl.
