Complaint Details
I bought a ifb washing machine from panchwati electronics on 4 th of feb. The dealer said that installation n demonstration would be done at my place within 24 hrs of my request.
After talking to dealer and hopelessly waiting for his response when no one visited my place, then i searched ifb toll free no and asked them to arrange visit.
Ifb toll free no also told that within 24 hrs someone will visit, but no one even called me. Then i re called ifb toll free no. And asked, then they told that a remark saying that the customer has postponed the visit, is written there.
But i did not gat any call even.
Then on 24 feb i that someone would visit my place visit my Place on 26. Then also today is 1 march and no one has even called.
Meanwhile i am getting calls from panchwati ifb dealer that by mistake he had charged 6000 rs less from me and wants me to pay 6000 more after 24 days of my purchase. I have the receipt of 80000 and this deal was closed. But after 20-22 days of purchase the ifb dealer is harrassing me to pay 6000 more and he is using his contacts in ifb company to not to give me installation, demonstration and any assistence from service centre.
I was getting and will get the same products in even cheaper rates but since i bought it from here, so the dealer is creating pressure and harrassing me for extra money.
I am happy to return his goods and take all my money back. He even charged me 1.5% extra without any receipt for credit card payment.
I want all my money back , i will buy it from other shop.
If not returned, i am afraid that this dealer will use his approach to ifb office and will keep me harrassing. Entire warranty is of 10 yrs.
So i dont want to buy this from this dealer who starts asking for 6000 rs xtra after 24 days of receipt and purchase.
And when that extra is not paid the ifb co. Conspires against customer
Want my warranty also to be extnded as i have not used the machine for evn once
