i am using sbi card since 2 years but from last december 2013 i celared almost 75 % of my outstanding balance but then also my card was not been unblocked even after repeated followups and mail transection instead they charged interest.my complain is why should i pay interest when i am not using the card since 2 months either you clear all the interest as i didnt use the card or unblock the card so that i can use and at the same time i will apy the remaining balance as per my monthly usage.but then aqlso its not been resolved please help me to address this issue to the bank and resolve the same atg the earliest.
