Complaint Details
On dated 13th January 2014 submitted an application to remove my Line # 011 25770483 from safe custody and enable my connection. Since, it was not done,personally went and talk with the MTNL staff at Sanchar Haat Shadipur and at Naraina MTNL Office more then five times. Even after assurance from the official that it will be connected within couples of day it was not done so. Had file a complain through MTNL answering machine 01125772198 under complain number:-
1. 104 dated 21/01/2014
2. 1031 dated 23/01/2014
3. 1133 dated 31/01/2014
4. 1532 dated 01/02/2014
Even after this complain it was not rectify and now I have received a billed dated 13/02/2014 under bill number:- 2505845271 for the amount of Rs 528.oo.
