> This is Lakshmanakumar from chennai. I ordered simpleFaucet water filter/purifier (order Id 9170176) 1 number through rediff shopping. The cost is mentioned as Indian RS 125 + 79 (shipping charge) =204 in the website. When I received the product, I noticed that actual cost marked on the product box is M.R.P Rs 38 only. it looks like cheating in product price. Also the product worth only the marked price Rs 38. Hence I registered a complaint through email (to shopsupport@rediff.co.in) on the same day I received the product 21/02/2014) asking for accepting product back and refund money. But I did not receive any acknowledgement from rediff so far. When I called the customer care, I .m disconnected three times in the middle of the call. I tried multiple calls but could not reach them. I also tried an option for asking them to call me. But I did not get any response. Please take appropriate action in this regard.
