Complaint towards TRENDIN.com (Madura Fashion & Lifestyle)
This complaint is regarding order number RUBYNDNNX in which I have ordered 3 shirts worth Rs. 1621.63 paid using my credit card. However, one of the shirt that I received (Peter England – Weddings MRP 899) was not the one that I have actually ordered (Peter England Formal Check Shirt - Color: Lilac, Size : 42 Discounted Price – Rs 559.30). Therefore, I have registered for a reverse pick up (ticket numbers – 132255) and the package was picked up by FedEx on Jan 30, 2014. The airway bill number was 804995250090. I have a delivery receipt from FedEx which states that the package was delivered to Trendin.com's warehouse (signed by Subha) on Feb 1, 2014. This is over one month now and still the money is not refunded to my credit card.
I have called numerous times to their customer care and usually a new ticket is created instead of resolving the issue. After creating a new ticket, I am asked to wait for 24 to 48 hours. So far, six tickets have been created for this issue by their customer care which has only protracted the resolution. The ticket numbers are 132255, 134412, 136076, 136930, 137208 and 137478. In response to ticket number 132255 and 137478, they have mentioned the product has been delivered to their warehouse, however in ticket number 134412 and 137208 they have mentioned that the product has not been delivered to their warehouse.
Please do the needful to refund my money to my credit card and if possible arrange for the loss in interest income and telephone charges.
