My sister recharged her docomo prepaid number with rs.51,we gave 100 rupee note to the shopkeepr and wating for our remaning changed amount,after wating for 10 mints when we again asked him for our remaning money,inspite of giving 49 rupee he gave us 40 rupee n keep us hold when I asked him for remaning 9 rupee change, he deny to give us money n said we have to buy something from his shope
In chang of that 9 rupee. I refuse to buy anything and asked him for my money back listening to this he started shouting at me and argument that I have to buy something from his shop In change of 9 rupee.
