Complaint Details
I bought pack of 5 shirts for 999 from 100bestbuy.com which i received on 24/01/2014.On opening the packet I found shirts were not foemal as advertised on website and the quality was too poor.I lodged a complaint the same day and they assured me they will pick the shrts within 2 days but after repeated complaints they are not responding to my complaints even now after almost a month.They are not even sending customer complaint number on my regitered mobile number or email id.Please help me against this website.
