We purchased Kent Supreme RO Water purifier from your authorized dealer - Pearl InfoTech, Bangalore on 6th October 2013 (Bill Number 920).
From the past 2-3 weeks the water purifier indicator light is constantly ON for a long period of time and in the last one week the light is ON continuously. We spoke with some Magesh Kumar (9739042252) who is the area incharge but was unaware who should be attending to the call. We then called the same dealer (Pearl InfoTech) that sold the product to us and they sent a service person today (2nd March 2014) morning. The person came and replaced UV bulb filament that has turned black on the corners ( I am attaching the picture) though our daily usage of the purifier does not exceed 7-10 litres on an average. Ever since he went after replacing the tube the light in the purifier is constantly ON and no purified water is coming out of the purifier.
We called back the same service professional that attended the call this morning. He refused to come back. We called Mr. Magesh Kumar and even he refused to entertain our call. We now called the dealer again but they are not responsive.
Our product is about 5 months new and our usage is about 7-10 Litres daily (as an average).
We chose over Kent considering great product quality and service and now are disappointed on both the fronts. Your dealers are unresponsive and so are your other service line numbers listed on the product.
