Mail to Satish:
1. On 5th Feb 2014, I had logged on to my account at www.airtel.in and changed my plan. I had changed to [2 gprs packs (250mb each) and 6 packs of 100 local mins] from [1 gprs pack (250mb), 1 (40 mins outgoing), 6 packs of 100 local mins and Rs. 75 incoming roaming]. I had removed the Rs. 75 incoming roaming booster from my previous myplan. I was also notified that the plan will be processed in 4 hours. Only after i got the bill did I realise that IT DID NOT!
You think I have no other work other than checking on all of this?!
So, for the Rs. 500 you are charging me extra, its not my mistake and YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT OFF.
2. Just to recheck the above I had changed myplan again on 27th Feb. As expected it did show at the site that within 4 hours it will be processed but it war NOT done.
3. Talking about the intimations you sent for GPRS excess usage, I DID NOT GET ANY INTIMATION. I have all my SMSs from past 6 months to prove that. Don’t give me that crap.
4. You have charged late fee for my previous bill. I have attached a copy of the receipt. The payment was made on 29th January, 2014. Person collecting the payment had transferred to wrong account. instead of 9940503388 the amount was transferred to 9840503388. After Repeated calls, followups, visits the amount was retransferred to my number.
I must say, the staff you employ are absolutely ruthless and pathetic. Seems like they are the owners of the company.
CANCEL MY LATE FEE, again, because its your fault.
I have been facing these problems from past 3-4 months. More than problems its harassment.
