Respected Sir,

I am SATYABRAT BARAL from orissa. Right now I am working at nellore. on 28/2/2014 applied for HDFC life through the Agent Mr.Ganapati Rao. But now I am not interested in that policy. I want to cancel the Proposal - S000043277099. I am not interested due to unsatisfactory returns in this policy.Already an amount of Rs. 15000 /- has been credited from my credit card account on 28/2/2014 in favor of "HDFC STANDARD LIFE UNIMUMBAI IN". I want my amount of Rs.15000 /- to be debited to my Account as soon as possible. So please have a kind consideration on it & cancel the policy & debit the amount to my credit card.


I have already complained 3 times, but still there is no response.


Its my kind request to have an inquiry & take proper action against it.
I am waiting for your positive response.
