Complaint Details
We had purchased a XOLO handset for Rs. 8,500/- (IMEI 911246750451236) from Gunjan Stores, Santacruz (West), Mumbai - 54 on 17.03.2013. The handset since beginning gave trouble but we were really bothered when the speaker stopped functioning completely. We went to XOLO care in Malad and got the handset repaired on 12.08.2013. The same was repaired but the minor issues were still there. Again the same issue cropped up in January 2014 and we have made several complaints to the XOLO care through e-mail but in vain. We have not been responded from the XOLO Care office and all or complaints are going unheard. The mobile handset is defective since it has given problems since we purchased it. We had given the phone again at Charni Road XOLO care for repair on 01/02/2014 and since then we have been calling them but have not been responded. Its over a month but we have not been called back and once when I could speak to the executive there, he said the phone is not ready and that we will have to wait. WE NEED A REPLACEMENT SINCE EVERY 3 MONTHS WE CANNOT GO AND REPAIR IT AND THE PHONE IS STILL IN WARRANTY PERIOD.
