I have made this particular complaint with many but unheard. We wanted to travel to Indore a for which we contacted Hans Travels. They changed Rs. 2,000/- each for two seats i.e Rs. 4,000/- (My Husband, me and Child) for Mumbai - Indore on 31.11.2013 for non - a/c sleeper bus. The bus was completely uncomfortable however, we managed. The bus made wierd noises while running which was even informed to the driver who did not respond. The driver was very rash. Early morning at around 6.00 am on 1st November, 2013, the bus met with a minor accident however, no one was hurt but the bus driver refused to drive the bus. This was in Maharashtra itself. We were asked to get down and wait on the highway. The driver and his helper left the bus and vanished and when we contacted Hans Travel office for an alternate arrangement, he stobournly responded that we will have to keep waiting till any other bus passes from that way and he has no alternate arrangements. We waited for almost 3 hours on the highway with a small child because Hans travel did not respond to our calls. After that a Dhariwal bus came along in which we had to climb. Since that was also full we all had to accomodate near the driver seat for the next 5 hours. I request you to kindly take action on Hans travels and refund me my money as he does'nt deserve to run a travel agency. We faced a lot of mental trauma specially with a child. Plz take an action against such cruel people so they do not repeat such behaviour. Kindly penalise him with harrasment and a monetary fine.
