After getting a system message about my data pack being recharged it was not done and now the company says its not available and has told me to recharge with a more expensive pack giving the same data as before, as they have raised prices and now are cheating the people by not auto recharging the packs and forcing them to recharge with more expensive pack.the customer care is also as useless as the company as they did not even answer my questions properly. attaching a screen shot of the msg got by company.
