M/S Nimmadhi Property Management did not render services as agreed.
The owner(Mr. Kumar) says he can not send his person to supervise work needed before re-renting my apartment.
There is nothing to this effect in the written agreement that I have with Nimmadhi (signed by the owner Mr. Kumar).
Because of this I was forced to cancel his services and ask for a refund.
He is refusing to the refund my money.
I have paid him Rs 12000/- (toward property management for two flats) which
I want refunded since service promised to me has not being rendered.
For the first flat the agreement was entered to on 9/1/2014.
and for the second one on 27/1/2014.
On 3rd Feb 2014, verbally I had talked to Mr. Kumar about the issues and asked him for a refund.
In writing, I have had several e-mail excahnges regarding the cancellation and refund, but to no avail.
I request you to do the needful to recover my money.
