Order no.933642885, purchased kitchen utensils(bowls)in the month of November-2013, which found defective, upon asking they said send them back they will provide replacement, on 23/11/14 i sent those articles via coureir, the charges were too high (rs.900/-), before sending i asked once again and notified the high rates of courier, they said (telephonically) send them we will refund your entire courier charges, they didnot mention that they will refund only 10% of the total value of the product but repeatedly assured that i will get the full courier expenses, otherwise i wouldnt have borne that heavy courier charges, after so many correspondances via e-mails,they finally said via e-mail dated 27/1/14 they will refund the courier charges but once again they remain stagnant, not responding to my mails and queries
