after MNP from LOOP To Reliance (9821654430)i select the plan 321 rs fixed with 1000 free min std 1 gb 3g data and 1 gb 2g data as per MNP 321 plan, but after activate they says we don't have same plan so we activate 399 rs plan.
and they can't change plan. pls find attached call record file as per reliance executive offer me the plan and accept there mistake.
