Complaint Details
I had placed an order over phone for Sony xperia L black mobile phone on 21st of January 2014. order number: 1623001433. I had to call them again and again to know the status of my product. Finally I received a faulty piece. The phone hanged every time alarm used to buzz, from the very first day. I lodged the complaint on 5th day of receiving the phone i.e. 30th of January. Complain number: 4912560. They scheduled reverse pick up, that too I had to keep reminding them by calling them atleast 4 or 5 times a day. I sent my phone with the courier guy who was from Delhivery courier services. AWB: 128610827680. It took so many days to reach them. Meanwhile customer care executives and supervisors kept assuring me that I will get refund for my phone. Whenever I used to ask them to mail me whatever you people are saying, they simply refused. Some of the customer care executives and supervisors were Mannish, Yuvraj, Vandana, Kaushal Sharma who assured me of refund.After few more days, when I started becoming restless, they said I won't get refund and assured me to send the phone back to me. I had to call 5 to 6 times a day to get updates. They never used to update me through mails.
I received my phone day before yesterday and now it's front camera in not working. Snapdeal people ruined my front camera. It was working well before I sent it to Snapdeal. Vertical lines are appearing all over the screen. I am sending you the picture quality.
