Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings!

I have bought a 25 years membership of Journeys by Jukaso and my member id is W0400664. I have purchased this membership after one of the marketing executive Mr. Mayank made a presentation to me. I have an contract and I have made a payment through my credit card so the payment receipt is also there.
I have made a payment of Rs 52,026.00 on 13-DEC-13 through my Credit Card ending with 7723. The amount include down payment and three EMIs as per the contract I have. It is also mentioned in my contract that my next EMI will start from June 2014. But for no reason, without any authority and without my consent this has been recorded that Rs. 5538/- was debited from the account no 05873 (Janata Sahakari Bank Ltd.) as an ECS. In my opinion it is undoubtedly a case of fraud and I have requested the company to credit the same amount asap. The email regarding the same has been sent to feedback@jukasojourneys.com and info@jukasojourneys.com on Mon, Feb 24, 2014 at 2:41 PM. But no action was taken yet and no one from the company side even contacted me regarding the same or I haven't even received any email.

Also as per my agreement with the company, I was expected to receive my membership kit within 45 days of realization of your down payment. Its been almost three months but I haven't received anything from the company side. I have also not received any communication regarding the same. I tried calling the toll free number provided on the website but I couldn't get through. In my opinion if the company is not following the rules and regulations written by them, it is a breach of agreement. And considering this I have already requested them to cancel my membership and return entire amount of Rs. 52,026.00 which I have paid as a down payment and EMIs. I have also requested them to repay this amount with interested as the company is utilizing my amount since last almost three months.

I have sent my last email on 25th Feb 2014 but till today I have not received any reply or any phone call or any kind of communication from the company and I have no other option but to contact you to resolve this matter. The Pune office is located at Hotel Jukaso Inn, 6, Nagar Rd, Chandan Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411014. Phone:020 3984 8484. The concern person is Pune office is Nidhi Dewangan.
It would be great if you could help me in this regard to resolve this issue asap. It would be also great if you could guide me what steps can be taken to stop such an events rather than going in to the legal formalities as I am really not interested in that.

I have attached transaction record, payment details and welcome letter from Isha Adhikari for your record.

I can also provide you cancellation procedure request, membership details, my queries on welcome letter, email from Pune office and my reply on it.

I am ready to discuss this matter in person with any of the officials of the company.

The money is my hard earn money and I am very much hurt with this experience. I hope you can understand my position and I hope to hear from you soon.
