Respected Sir,

I am SATYABRAT BARAL from orissa. Right now I am working at nellore. On 26/2/2014 I applied for HDFC life through the Agent Mr.Ganapati Rao at Nellore Branch. But now I am not interested in that policy. I want to cancel the Proposal - S000043277099. My Policy no- 16675998. I am not interested due to unsatisfactory returns in this policy.Already an amount of Rs. 15000 /- has been credited from my credit card account on 28/2/2014 in favor of "HDFC STANDARD LIFE UNIMUMBAI IN". I want my amount of Rs.15000 /- to be debited to my Account as soon as possible. I 've already complained 3 times & mailed , but still there is no response. The agent also told me that the policy can be canceled within 15 days & all the amount will be returned to me. So please have a kind consideration on it & cancel the policy & debit the amount to my credit card.

I am attaching all the documents.
