To whom it may concern,

I have been a very very disappointed customer with Shopclues. I bought an asus laptop (check below link) from Shopclues on January 29 2014. Now, based on the image shown on the product page, I believed that the product will have gray color.

When I received the product, I found out from the box that the color is black and not as described. Now, shopclues does have a hassle free return policy inside of the 10 days if I submit a request with them. I did submit a request for a refund based on my concern over the wrong color and expected that the issue will be resolved by shopclues by just taking a return.

After a month of requesting and begging by me, I got the same reply over and over and over again that they won't refund me the money and won't accept my return.

As a consumer, I deserve the right to return the product if I felt that i was cheated with the product description. Shopclues have ignored all my complaints and refused to pay any amount back.

Kindly please help out in any possible way since these fraud business is not listening to an honest citizen on India who works hard to earn money and spend it for the family. 53000 rps is not a small amount sir. Kindly please look into the matter and contact back if you need more information.
