Hello,

I did one etop-up of Rs 673 on my mobile 9627646090 using https://www.vodafone.in to activate my international roaming plan for 10 days, I asked Vodafone customer service before recharging if roaming will work or not, they said since it's pre activated on my prepaid sim it will work.


When I reached abroad the service was not available at all. I tries re-starting and putting back the sim, but it didn't help.

After that I request Vodafone to refund my plan amount. Which they are not agreeing. I am attaching the transcript of my chat with Vodafone customer officer.

Please help me in getting my refund of Rs 673 as the service never worked as promised.
