Dear sir/madam, i recently purchased a television through online in infi beam website. i placed my order on 11th feb 2014 and recieved the set on 24 th feb . On 2nd march 2014 i came to open the set, to all my surprise the set was completely damaged. now infi beam also not giving response for delivering damaged product and the blue edge team also not agreeing for repairing the set. both are behaving totally ridiculous. i have losed nearly 200/- by calling these people, still didn't get any solutions. kindly take this matter seriously and help to get justice from these online cheaters. thanking you. kamakshi
