COMPLAINT NO: 0015176/2014, this complaint status is closed , but i have not received the amount back.

can you check this one again. what is the process to get back my amount back.

Paid Rs.500 on 7th Aug 2013 and got the useless online kit which after opening itself was just to send their ads thru various sites I tried doing so but nothing happened. The refund was to be given initially after 2 months from joining later they changed it to 3 months till date no refund received. Initially after 2 and 3 months I kept sending repeated mails only once or twice they replied tell they do earliest , but till now no earliest as came yet.
no refund received and also they never bothered.

Now they are not picking up the phone, nor responding to mail nor the web site is working since from 2 weeks, how to get back money back, can you please help me out.
