respected sir ,
my name is pramod vasant chavan,my address- shivdarshan chs b-12 room no-2/2 sec-10 airoli navi mumbai -400708 my mobile no is -9323709683 i have loan to standard charted bank my loan ac with no-9356505155195513 loan amount =186000/- i have processing charge 2*percent and my monthly EMI-6200rs open the loan account sep2012 i have app lay loan the stranded charted bank employe said me 15*percent per an-um interest , i have given the payment of 18instolment to the bank and loan tenure is 60 months i humble request to customer care close my account and low interest charge he said loan preclose amount is 1.60.169/-balance amount and 4percent pre close charge but i have paid near about 111600/-and he talk to me you are rate of interest is 27*percent please solve my problem to standard charted bank current my salary is 12000rs and my hard earn money gos to bank please solve my matter ,
