Dear Sir / Madam,

I am using loop mobile since 1 years. There is no network in my handset since 5th March. and No Alert intimation message come from Loop operator.
Today i call to customer support then executive told me, issue will be solve with in 3 working days. But she did not tell, why network is not available. How can i will manage without mobile in next 3 days and 2 days was also gone. what is posibility to resolve this issue in 3 days. I raised a complain there; complain no is 070384506.

Pls look into this and do such action against loop operator.
