Complaint Details
I have booked a flat in Jagannath Orchid, Thaiyur by Padmavathy realtors. They promised handover by Sep 2011, but got possession only by Nov 2013. Moreover I did'nt claim any compensation. Now it is March 2014, many people are residing here, but still the below problems exists

1. No play area constructed, gym and conference hall is half built (construction is stopped now) .
2. No proper maintanance (cleaning the common area floor)
3. No common area power back up.
4. No lids for the over head tanks which has the drinking water which the residents use.
5. No proper garbage disposal

Kindly help us in this case as the builder is not even replying to the legal notice given by the flat owner's
