i purchased a NOKIA LUMIA-520 mobile through Ebay.in in the month of 29.January-2014 and i paid a sum of Rs7801.60 through debit card by online.After receiving the amount they send me a id -Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID 35607794196.Later they contact me and informed, that the item should not delivered to the address provided by me, (BUT Before puchasing the item , they promised me that ,they will delived across india with in 7 days.)Later i inform them , i am cancelling the order and return back the money.(Claim id by Ebay-403282)They agree and promised me , they will send the money with in 15 days of time,if my account will be in a nationalized bank.But till this moment , i did not received money from the ebay.in.
So please do the necessary action against the online fraud by the eaby.in
