i send some very very urgent documents to BHUTAN from DHL,kaikhali office ( near DUM DUM AIRPORT) on 1st MARCH,2014.DHL AIRWAY BILL NO. 3816606802 DTD 01/03/2014;i AM CASH CUSTOMER NO. 029AMI1000,i PAID THEM CASH Rs 2100 ( RUPEES TWO THOUSAND AND ONE HUNDRED ONLY).The counter guy promised me the documents wl be delivered positively on 03/03/2014 by 5 PM.But today 08/03/2014 ,now abt 1.30 PM - till now documents not yet been delivered to consignee.consignee address :

This was very vry urgent documents must reach on/bef 04/03/2014 - so i send by DHL express using a big amount money Rs 2100.Now when i contacted DHL - they cannot gv me any positive reply.MY consignee not receive anything - i missed the golden chance to apply for VICE PRESIDENT post in the said company because of DHL DELAY.Pls i need your help to recover the money i paid DHL Rs 2100 with compensation - for failing documents in time and for losing the same. thnks n rgds /AMITAVA DASGUPTA mobile : 9830084883
