I am giving here below the details of the events which are clear and the mails exchanged are with you ( M/s. Vitesse and Maruti Suzuki)

08-10-2011 1st FREE SERVICE (286 KMS)
01-03-2012 2nd FREE SERVICE (1314 KMS)
COMPLAINS : (a) all four doors not closing (b) Differential noise (c) Clutch (d) Steering hard
Gave us in writing that (Vitesse) they have checked but ‘if in future found the noise under Differential will be covered u/w’
26-05-2012 COMPLAINED ON ‘DEALERSHIP APPROACH on SERVICE’ FORM (1929 KMS)
26-06-2012 COMPLAIN DOOR RATTLING SOUND
08-09-2012 3rd SERVICE ‘WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR WILL BECOME SMOOTH ‘(2279 KMS)
02-04-2013 WRITTEN COMPLAIN , QUOTATING EARLIER COMPLAINS, AND ALSO COMPLAINED THAT THE DOORS HAVE RUSTED FROM INSIDE AND THE DRIVER-SIDE DOOR, THE PAINTED DOOR (COVER) SHEET HAD SEPARATED FROM THE DOOR FRAME. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WOULD INFORM US ON HEARING FROM M/s. MARUTI SUZUKI
02-05-2013 CAR SERVICED PAID (3274 KMS). COPY OF THE EARLIER LETTER OF 02-04-2012 GIVEN AGAIN. WE WERE INFORMED THAT AS SOON AS THE MARUTI PERSONNEL WOULD COME THEY WOULD CALL FOR THE CAR AND GET THE NEEDFUL DONE
END JANUARY 2014 WE (SENIOR CITIZEN) TOLD VITESSE THAT THEY HAD DONE NOTHING ABOUT THE DOORS WE WOULD TAKE THE MATTER TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES, AS THEY WERE MAKING US MOVE IN CIRCLES, IT IS AT THAT TIME THEY TOLD US THAT THEY HAD INFORMED MARUTI SUZUKI BUT THEY HAD NOT RESPONDED SO THEY ARE UNABLE TO DO ANY THING. HOW EVER THEY WILL ONCE AGAIN TAKE IT UP WITH MARUTI AND THAT THEY WOULD REVERT TO US ON HEARING FROM MARUTI SUZUKI.
30-01-2014 LETTER (MAIL) FROM MR.EDWARD D’SILVA OF VITESSE, INFORMING THAT “MARUTI’S TSM MR MUKUND AGREED TO BEAR 50% OF THE COST OF THE DOORS AND THE BALANCE 50% OF THE DOOR COST AND THE PAINTING CHARGES YOU HAVE TO CHARGE”.
31-01-2014 SENT A REPLY ASKING M/s. VITESSE TO LET US KNOW THE TOTAL COST OF REPLACEMENT AND WHAT WOULD BE BORNE BY YOU (VITESSE)

31-01-2014 RECEIVED LETTER (MAIL) FROM MR. MENON SAYING THAT THE SERVICE TEAM INSPECTED AT SERVICE CENTRE AND IS THE OPNION THAT THE RUSTING IS DUE TO EXPOSURE TO ENVIRONMENTAL ELEMENT.
07-02-2014 MR. EDWARD REPLIES (MAIL) GIVING THE ESTIMATE OF REPLACING THE FRONT SHEET OF THE 4 DOORS
11-02-2014 MEETING WITH MR. EDWARD, SHOWED AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THE RUSTING WAS FROM WITHIN, THE SIDE WHICH IS COIMPLETELY COVERED BY THE (PLASTIC) PANNEL (ON WHICH HANDELS AND ARM REST ARE). ALSO EXPLAINED THAT WE TAKE CARE OF THE CAR MORE THEN ANY USUAL CAR OWNER.
ONE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THAT HOW THE INSIDE PORTION OF THE DOOR GETS RUSTED WITH ENVIRONMENTAL ELEMENTS ON THE STEEL SHEET UNLESS IT WAS DEFECTIVE / SUBSTANDARD SHEET WHICH WAS RUSTING AND THUS THE RUST SHOWED ON THE OUTSIDE IN A YEAR TIME. AFTER HEARING US AND RE-EXAMINING THE DOORS MR EDWARD FELT THAT THE DOORS HAD RUSTED FROM INSIDE INCH OR SO ABOVE THE BOTTOM, THEREFORE AGREED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REVERT US (OUR LETTER (MAIL) OF 11-02-2014)
12-02-2014 REPLIES (MAIL) THAT RUSTING IS ENVIRONMENTAL FACTOR AND “THAT WASHING YOUR CAR EVERY DAY AND BEING YOU ARE RESIDING CLOSE TO SEA FACE, DUE TO HUMIDITY RUSTING”. AND ENVIROMENTAL FACTOR CAUSING RUSTING CANNOT BE COVERED UNDER WARANTY.
M/s.MARUTI SUZUKI AND M/s. VITESSE BOTH HAVE FAILED IN THEIR DUTIES BY GIVING DEFECTIVE MATERIAL AND SERVICE,AND SO MUST PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DOORS
MARUTI SUZUKI: MAKES CAR OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS WHICH WOULD STAND TO ALL REASONABLE ENVIROMENTS. THE ABOVE ALTO WAS NEVER UNDER ANY UNREASONABLE ENVIROMENT CONDITION
VITESSE: HAD DONE THE ANTIRUST TREATMENT AND DELAYED IN CLEARING THE DEFECTS
IT IS CLEAR CASE OF DEFECTIVE MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE
(WE HAVE MARUTI CARS IN THE OUR COMPOUND AND THE DOORS HAVE NOT RUSTED THOUGH THEY ARE MORE THEN 2 YEARS).
I give you 15 days to settle the grievance by paying the cost of replacement / repairs of the four doors or else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court as I am protected under Consumer Protection Act of 1986.
The Consumer Complain will be at your cost and expenses and I will seek compensation for mental agony caused due to the defective material and services.
